Terms of delivery
If your order is placed before 2pm – we would endeavour to ship it same day or next working day at the latest (provided said items are in stock).
CamperPlus will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. Any loss or damage to the goods is to be reported within 24 hours after receipt.
- Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Collection At Derek Walsh Camper Centre
- Ready To Collect only after 24 hours following your order (provided item is in stock).
- Ready To Collect from Mon-Fri between 2 – 4pm only.
Free delivery is available for everyone! All you need to do is ensure that your order value is higher than €250 to qualify for Free Delivery, and then select ‘Free Delivery’ as an option at the checkout.
CamperPlus have chosen to work with delivery companies and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders.
Once your parcel is dispatched from CamperPlus, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred then to the delivery companies as this is outside of our control.
If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and hasn’t been fitted, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Please note that all Click & Collect items; Roof Bars, Roof Boxes & Awnings; must be returned in person to our premises within 14 days of collecting the parts in person at our premises.
*Please note that there is no return on Spare Parts – only if they are faulty.*
All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
The return postage/delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We will not take any responsibility for loss/damage of returned goods.
To try to ensure return delivery, we’d recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.
Refund and Reimbursement
Once we receive your item, we’ll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible.
If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.
